It has already been more than 3 years since the surgery lol. Before, I knew nothing about cosmetic surgery and was just scared, but after breaking my nose bone while exercising, I thought I might as well fix it properly and went to DA, which is famous for male plastic surgery haha. My crooked nose was severe and my nose was blunt, so it stressed me out, but thanks to the doctor using osteotomy and autologous costal cartilage to define the line clearly, I am now extremely satisfied! Since it is a hospital many men go to, I did not feel awkward in the waiting room, and I really liked that the doctor designed a natural straight line that suited my face without making it look overdone. Because it was autologous costal cartilage, even now, 3 years later, it is still holding up firmly without any instability lol. I also remember that there were several anesthesiologists, so I felt I had the surgery safely. My crooked nose was corrected perfectly, and even the line all the way to the tip of my nose came out sleek, so people often tell me my overall impression changed. If anyone like me injured their nose in an accident or is worried about the shape of their nose, I really recommend DA.
