After thinking it over, I had alar reduction surgery. I had sedation anesthesia followed by local anesthesia, and the surgery was done while I was awake. It didn’t hurt much. I couldn’t sleep deeply because of the pain while sleeping, but it was manageable with painkillers. I just went to the clinic, got it disinfected, came back, and am writing this. It’s very swollen, so I’m not sure, but does it look okay? It also feels a bit like an upturned nose
