In 2021, I had implant-free rhinoplasty at ㅅㅅㄷㄹ while having surgery for a deviated septum. After shaving the septal cartilage, they shaved down the hump and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Honestly, I regret it. What I don’t like: First, I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t have osteotomy, but before surgery, my nose looked very slim and pretty from the front. After shaving the hump, when viewed from the front, my nose looks like it has disappeared.
