I had plastic surgery to address concerns about a bulbous nose, a retracted columella, and a low nasal bridge. A 4.2 mm implant was placed in the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone were used. The nasal bridge starts right around the eyelash area, and I think they did a good job making it look natural while still creating a clear change.
