I had nose surgery the year before last, and my skin was thin, the kind where even tiny blood vessels showed through. I was scared of side effects, but I also wanted a high nose,,, But the director said that because my skin is thin, if it is too high, the silicone could show through, and that if we kept it natural without being too greedy, the probability of side effects would be lower too.. So I made it really natural at 3 mm. After the swelling went down, I thought, ah, it’s too natural, just a slightly higher nose? But I think something too high would not have suited my face. Now I’m just living gratefully that it became naturally higher and I didn’t have side effects.. Among the areas I had cosmetic surgery on, I think the director who did my nose checked things the most meticulously. Maybe because it wasn’t a large plastic surgery clinic..
