On October 31, after 15 years, I had revision surgery with silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Even between weeks 2 and 3, black nosebleeds kept coming from my left nostril, and eventually even white pus came out, but the hospital handled it complacently, saying it was fine. The glabella area also felt squishy, but after only 5 days of antibiotics, contracture progressed and my nose lifted a lot. They kept saying until the end that it was neither inflammation nor contracture and refused to acknowledge it. Eventually, 28 days after surgery, I removed only the nasal tip ear cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, and silicone. Three weeks after removal, pus poured out from the left columellaㅠ I had nasal irrigation and treatment with injections and oral medicationㅠ…
