It has been over 4 months since my nose surgery, and I am considering complete removal. I had surgery with 4 mm silicone and septal extension. It was my first nose surgery, and I said I did not like that my nostrils were very visible from the front. It is less than right after surgery, but even now my nostrils are still too visible from the front and it looks like a pig nose. That does not mean the side profile has become much higher either. Also, maybe because of the septal extension, it became horizontally bulky, and when I touch it I feel a foreign-body sensation. I do not know if this is normal because it was my first nose surgery I do not know if even small things feel bigger because it is my own face, but…
