After the surgery, cartilage protruded inside my nose, and when I touched it with my hand, I could feel that it was cartilage. Then I had it removed, but even after removal there was no real difference. It's been about 9 years in total since the rhinoplasty and removal, and maybe because I pick my nose a lot or maybe because the skin has weakened, from the beginning of this year it started hurting a little. It doesn't hurt if I don't touch it, but if I pull on my nose or do things like that, it hurts a bit ㅜㅜ Right now, no matter how I think about it, it feels like it burst, but I'm afraid touching it with my hand might cause an infection ㅜㅜ The photo I uploaded was something I looked like before the cartilage came out through the skin; I looked like that too.
