It's so uncomfortable. For my first surgery, I used dermis and lived satisfied with it, but since it was true that it looked blunt, during the COVID period I decided on revision surgery just to refine the line. The doctor said they would slightly refine the line and slightly lengthen the nose with cartilage, so I thought it would be about that much, but they removed the dermis, did a septal extension, and even added ear cartilage. My nose, which was cute even though it was short, became slim but long and somehow unattractiveㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ More than anything, it's so uncomfortable. I thought it would get comfortable after 1 year, then after 2 years, but still... Since that was revision surgery, if I open it again this time it would be the third timeㅠㅠ I have so much on my mind …
