I don’t know if osteotomy and septal extension caused a problem with my nasal valve, but I can’t breathe, so daily life is difficult. In this case, do I need a spreader graft, or would simply removing the septal extension and lowering the nasal tip be enough? What about restoring the osteotomy? I want to get a detailed diagnosis and consultation.
