It’s been about two weeks since surgery. I had the silicone removed, had nasal tip extension using septal cartilage, used ear cartilage, and had alar reduction. But after seeing a photo, it looks like a pinched nose, so I’m having such a hard time right nowㅠㅠㅠ When I looked in the mirror, I did feel like it was a bit pinched, but I was shocked after seeing the photo. They said that after time passes, the alar reduction area will widen and get better, but after seeing that photo I can’t calm down right now. Could you take a look and tell me whether I should remove the septal cartilage, redo the cartilage tying, or wait until more swelling goes down? The side view is okay, but the front view when I smile…
