It’s been 4 years since my nose surgery, and I had silicone + septal cartilage done in a regional area.. First of all, the reason I want revision surgery is that less than a year after the surgery, my nasal tip started drooping. My current condition is exactly the same as before I had nose surgery, to the point where I don’t even know why I did it... Because the tip keeps drooping, only the silicone in the nasal bridge stands out, and the silicone is slightly visible through the skin. The dorsum is also slightly sunken. The starting point of the silicone was too high from the beginning, too. If I don’t tell people, they don’t even know I had nose surgery haha Anyway, I can’t even dare to take side-profile photos, and whenever I see people with pretty noses, my confidence drops and I feel intimidated. So I decided to get revision surgery, but even after searching around everywhere, I still don’t feel sure.. (The places I roughly looked at are ㅊㅁ, ㄷㄴ, ㄹㅅㅌ, around those) My skin is thin and my nose itself is very small, so it’s a difficult nose. Will revision surgery turn out well? This time, I want to firmly fix the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage ㅠ Please recommend a doctor or hospital that specializes in revision rhinoplasty and is good with autologous costal cartilage (in Seoul!) I’m so desperate ㅠㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
