Complete Removal, Silicone-Only Removal

I went for consultations today, and I’m really torn. First, my concern is that the silicone extends all the way to the nasal tip, so the nasal tip may be pressed down a lot and become deformed. I went around for consultations about whether I should leave the septal cartilage or do complete removal, and the common opinions were: 1. Surgery is possible in all the directions I want: complete removal, silicone-only removal, and nasal tip revision surgery. 2. Everyone touched my nose and said that although septal cartilage was harvested, it doesn’t seem to have been used properly, and there doesn’t seem to be much, such as septal extension. 3. So it would be difficult to reuse the currently existing septal cartilage at the nasal tip and leave it as a support…
