Right now, because cartilage is showing through at my nasal tip, I’m planning cartilage repositioning for the nasal tip, and for the nasal bridge, after removing the silicone, my original nose is very low, so I don’t want to put silicone back in. I’m really debating whether to switch to Megaderm, so anyone who has had Megaderm for over 1 year, or anyone who knows about Megaderm side effects, please share
