I never thought I’d be writing something like this. I had a complex about my nose, so whenever I walked around, I only looked at other people’s noses, and I spent years thinking about getting rhinoplasty. I traveled from the provinces to Seoul for in-person consultations, read a lot of reviews, and carefully chose the hospital and director. It’s been one month since surgery, and now I’m so anxious I can’t even sleep. I like the shape and I think it’s better than before. But the foreign-body sensation is so severe, and the area where the septal cartilage was reinforced is slightly bent, so the mucous membrane is protruding. Because of that, it’s uncomfortable to breathe through one side of my nose. The director said it isn’t severe and that the nasal valve isn’t narrow either …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
