13 years ago, I had nose surgery with Gore-Tex in a local area. At the time, they didn’t touch the nasal tip and only operated on the nasal bridge. I pursued a natural look. But as my skin gradually got thinner, show-through started to appear, so with the thought that I should do something, whether removal or reconstruction, I had consultations at 3 clinics. I went thinking I’d consult on three methods: surgery with autologous dermis, removal only, and replacement with silicone. All 3 clinics said that because my skin is thin, there is only show-through now, but later, as time passes, it will pierce through and come out, so I absolutely have to remove it…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
