The area marked in the two attached photos is the nasal roof area just behind the nostril external nasal valve. It is the space between the external nasal valve and the internal nasal valve. What methods are there to lower this area very slightly? After spreader graft surgery, when I breathe, the pain is too severe, but if I apply ointment to that area and create a bit of thickness, the symptoms are relieved.
