I don’t want to remove septal cartilage, so is surgery possible without taking septal cartilage, using only ear cartilage? My nose is crooked and I have a slight hump, so maybe just osteotomy and ear cartilage. I’ll only know the details after a consultation, but I was wondering if that kind of approach is possible too.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
