It’s been 2 years since removal, and I had nasal tip revision surgery and columella lowering. But even until last year, my columella had come down nicely and looked good, but lately my nose looks upturned again, like an upturned nose. When I looked closely, the columella had sunken a lot, so the incision scar is more visible and it has become an upturned nose Sigh, I looked around here and there, and they say the nasal tip lifts if the cartilage correction was not done properly. I don’t think it’s inflammation. Is there any place that does cartilage correction really well?
