Among everyone here who experienced functional side effects after total removal, has anyone returned to normal? For example nasal obstruction, nasal dryness, a stinging cold sensation in the nose, postnasal drip ㅠㅠ I don’t know if it’s because of the weight at the nasal tip or because of the septal extension graft, but whenever I lie on my side, it feels like my nose shifts to that side. If I lie on my right side, the right side gets blocked, and strangely if I lie on my left side, it gets less blocked. But the extension graft seems to be overlaid on the left side. When I put my finger inside and touched it, I could feel a square-shaped part of the nasal septum. If I’m in a humid place, maybe the turbinates get swollen and it gets blocked, and if I’m in a dry place, the volume shrinks…
