Has anyone here had their septal cartilage reused during revision rhinoplasty?! My younger sibling is deciding between two clinics. One says to use rib cartilage, and the other says to reuse the septal cartilage, but I don’t know anyone around me who has had septal cartilage reused Right now, the nose tip has been lifted too much, so the nostrils look like the number 11.
