My original nose was hooked and droopy. Has anyone here had everything removed? If so, how is the shape? During surgery, they shaved down the hump, put in silicone, and because the tip of my original nose was too droopy, they lifted the long nose with a support strut during my first surgery so it would look shorter from the front. I'm getting it removed this time, but maybe I still haven't come to my senses, because I still don't want the nasal tip to droop downward and make it look long again... If I think about the shape, it would be better to leave the support strut, right? Even with total removal, if I ask them to refine the shape, do they tidy up the shape? Everyone worries it will become upturned, but my original nose was such a Squidward-like nose that I'd rather have an upturned nose because it looks prettier to me.
