I had nose surgery before using my own septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but my nose is unnaturally high and my nostrils are also more asymmetric than before surgery, so I’m planning removal and correction. The two places I have in mind now are ㅅㅇ and ㅊㅁ, and their surgical methods seemed similar. However, at ㅊㅁ, they recommended putting in AlloDerm.
