I had nose surgery before using my own septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but my nose is unnaturally high and my nostrils are also more asymmetric than before surgery, so I’m planning removal and correction. The two places I have in mind now are ㅅㅇ and ㅊㅁ, and their surgical methods seemed similar. However, at ㅊㅁ, they recommended putting in AlloDerm. Honestly, part of the reason I’m considering total removal is because I feel uneasy about having foreign material in my nose, so when they said another foreign material would go in, I hesitated a bit. But they said it needs to be inserted for better nostril correction too, and from some reviews, AlloDerm gets absorbed and occasionally inflam…
