After early removal, does everyone without exception go through a contraction period? And if I had osteotomy, what happens when it’s removed?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
