It’s been about 6 weeks since my nose surgery, and I’m going to have it removed after 6 months. I’m going to the clinic this week for a follow-up, should I tell them I’m thinking about removal, or should I not say it in advance? Should I tell them around the 5-month mark?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
