I’m so nervous and anxious, wondering if something might go wrong, but I’m trusting that it will go well ㅠ I’ve prepared sterile cotton swabs, tape for pressing the nose, and so on, and I also bought swelling-reducing medicine from the pharmacyㅎ… During my first surgery, I had septal extension, so I agonized a lot over whether to leave the septal cartilage or not. For now, I’m planning to go with complete removal, but I’ll ask them to leave it only for reinforcement if there seems to be a risk of saddle nose or retraction. My surgery was so natural that I thought I’d live my whole life without side effects, but now that I’m getting removal less than 3 years after the surgery, I feel hit by reality and upset…
