Basically, I strongly argued for removing the silicone. At ㅍㄹㅁ, they felt it by hand and judged how the surgery had been done. They said correction of a deviated nose wouldn’t work no matter who did it because it’s an inborn asymmetry. They said the nose shape itself isn’t bad, but the nasal tip looks old-fashioned, so if considering aesthetics only, they would like me to revise only the nasal tip. Since the nose had been well designed during the first surgery, the surgery itself would be very easy. I asked that since I’m only dissatisfied with the side profile of my surgical nose and I like the front view, whether it could be maintained to some extent, and they said the front-view nose shape could be maintained through cartilage repositioning.
