If I get revision surgery for a contracted nose, what material would they use? Would they use silicone again? It seems to vary a bit depending on each contracted nose. Mine isn’t a severe case, but the nasal tip is a bit upturned. The columella shape isn’t crooked or anything. Is it right to go somewhere that’s good at revision surgery? Looking at contracted noses, most people seemed to use autologous costal cartilage. I’m also wondering if that would be okay. I already booked two clinics before, so I’m going soon, and please let me know some other places too.
