Just like the title says, if I don’t remove the scar tissue inside my nose, will it stay inside my nose forever? It’s been 3 weeks since I had everything removed, but my nasal bridge is higher than my original nose, and my nose didn’t turn up either. After my revision surgery a few years ago, the silicone implant bent to the left and I had tightness and throbbing pain, so I had only the silicone removed right away. But because of the scar tissue, my nasal bridge became higher than my original nose. Then a few years passed, and this month I had the septal extension, support strut, and ear cartilage all removed. At first, when I went to get the columella stitches removed, I was told that they had reinforced it well with my original cartilage inside the nose, so there wouldn’t be much shape change over time.
