My nose is clearly getting shorter than before. Could it be early contracture? My operated nose had become long and droopy, so it’s actually okay now, but until 6-7 months it was gradually getting softer and didn’t hurt. Now it’s getting harder and I even have a tightening feeling… There was no inflammation or contracture that was very visible to the eye, but since I had a support strut made with autologous costal cartilage, I wonder if the contracture is less visible. If it is contracture, will it turn up a lot if I have everything removed..? I can’t trust the hospital that did the surgery because they even put in two sheets of silicone without my knowledge. It would be better to take it out quickly, right?
