As the title says, I’m getting revision rhinoplasty, and I’ve decided on autologous costal cartilage. Even if recovery takes a bit longer than with donated rib cartilage, I feel more at ease using my own tissue, and I think it’ll be better in terms of safety and durability.. Since it’s a revision surgery, I’m being even more careful too I’ve decided to have the surgery with Director ㅇㅈㅇ at ㅍㄹㅇㅂ. Has anyone here had surgery using autologous costal cartilage? After reading rib cartilage reviews, I’m scared about how painful it might be.
