I’m exactly 7 months post-op, and I had silicone 445 for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, bulbous nose correction osteotomy, nostril reduction, and hump shaving. Even my natural nose was one where the nostrils didn’t show, but after surgery my nostrils were visible, so I was unhappy. Still, they said it would come down, so I waited. Up until 3 months after surgery, it was coming down well, but around 4-5 months, I started feeling like my nose was gradually becoming upturned. At some point, my nostrils became way too visible. I booked a consultation and took photos, and it turned out my nose really had become upturned. The columella is shortening and the nasal tip is lifting. On palpation, they said…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
