Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

If 18-year-old nasal silicone has no inflammation or contracture, is it okay to remove only the silicone through a closed approach?

I had it done when I was young, in my teens, and I went with my mom, so I know silicone was inserted, but I have no memory at all of how it was inserted, whether it was I-shaped or L-shaped. I only remember that they made an incision inside my right nostril and inserted the silicone. Maybe because I was young, it healed well, and I used it without major problems for 18 years, but I feel like inflammation may come someday, and because of my fear of contracture, my nose hurting so much every time I get dental treatment, and my nasal tip getting cold in winter, I’m determined to have it removed this year. But looking up nose removal reviews and hospital YouTube videos is making me feel troubledㅜㅜ For old silicone, is there that much adhesion or cartilage deformation…
