It’s been 3 months since my nose surgery, and I had a closed approach using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone for the nasal bridge. My nose sometimes feels hot, hurts like it’s being rubbed, and feels tight, so I’m planning to have it removed at 6 months ㅠㅠ I went to the hospital, and they said it wasn’t inflammation because it wasn’t red or swollen. But yesterday, while checking inside my nose, I noticed a red scar on the columellaㅠ Sometimes I smell something like nasal discharge or the philtrum smell inside my nose, but since there was no scar, I had been told it wasn’t inflammation and that it was because the nasal tip had been raised. Could this possibly be inflammation? ㅠㅠ Is having a red scar like that normal even at 3 months…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
