It’s been 3 months since my nose surgery, and I had a closed approach using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone for the nasal bridge. My nose sometimes feels hot, hurts like it’s being rubbed, and feels tight, so I’m planning to have it removed at 6 months I went to the hospital, and they said it wasn’t inflammation because it wasn’t red or swollen. But yesterday, while checking inside my nose, I noticed a red scar on the columella Sometimes I smell something like nasal discharge or the philtrum smell inside my nose, but since there was no scar, I had been told it wasn’t inflammation and that it was because the nasal tip had been raised. Could this possibly be inflammation? Is having a red scar like that normal even at 3 months…
