I’m curious how satisfied you are. For now, I’m planning to only lower the nasal tip and remove just the silicone. I’m scared my nose might look really wide after shaving the hump and doing osteotomies, but I guess that’s better than the triple combo of it showing through, making my nose look aging and long, and making my eyes look close-set because of the glabella contour. Ah
