When I insert it a little deeply, sometimes a fishy smell comes up. Is it like that for everyone? It doesn't really seem like inflammation or anything.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
