I'm planning revision surgery, but I don't know where I should do it. I had surgery about 10 years ago, and there isn't anything like contracture, but my skin has become thin so it shows through, and the nasal tip has all been absorbed (donated dermis). I'm going to remove the silicone and do it without an implant, and when I had consultations at Apgujeong Seoul and With U Wonil, they both felt okay, so I'm deciding between the two. If anyone has had surgery there, please give me some information. There are too many private comments, so I can't tell. I'll leave my consultation review. 1. Apgujeong Seoul Pursues naturalness with minimal materials. The doctor is very nice (Choi). He was very confident and seemed a little busy. The price is very reasonable, and the review photos are pretty (extremely natural). Someone I know had it done a long time ago, and it was okay. Price: high 3 million won range. 2. With U Wonil The hospital is a bit old, and the consultation manager also seemed somewhat older. It feels like a family-style hospital. The consultation was very sincere and specific. But they said a lot about what wouldn't work and what seemed unlikely to work, so I think I understand why opinions are divided. But it felt like it was because they have a lot of surgical experience. They spoke conservatively. Price: high 5 million won range. 3. Siwoo The hospital is very nice. It runs a bit like a large corporation. They specifically recommended donated rib cartilage, so I don't think I'll go because I'm scared. The price is also the highest, and they talked about a different surgical method and materials from other hospitals. It felt a little excessive (for me). They were kind and gave a long consultation. Price: high 8 million won range. 4. Code I saw a thread and the line was pretty, so I had a consultation. The doctor has a style he pursues, and that line is pretty, but he didn't seem particularly interested in each individual. Still, the review photos are very pretty. The distinctive point is that they use postauricular fascia. It seemed a little too glamorous for me, so I passed. Price: mid 6 million won range. 5. Yedam The doctor seemed somewhat older and has been in one place for a long time. He was extremely confident and seemed like he would do well, but the shape seemed roundish, and he seemed to prefer a style with almost no columella. So it seems like he makes it so it absolutely doesn't look like plastic surgery. This place does seem kind of okay.. Price: 7 million won range.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 27 Has anyone removed silicone because they hated that it showed through?
I’m curious how satisfied you are. For now, I’m planning to only lower the nasal tip and remove just the silicone. I’m scared my nose might look really wide after shaving the hump and doing osteotomies, but I guess that’s better than the…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 27 Nose cotton swab
When I insert it a little deeply, sometimes a fishy smell comes up. Is it like that for everyone? It doesn't really seem like inflammation or anything.
