First, I’ve already set the surgery date and even paid the deposit! I’m thinking of getting revision surgery because my nostrils are asymmetrical and my nose is a bit blunt, and they confidently told me that improvement is possible. So I thought maybe my nose wasn’t a difficult one to operate on, but after going to a few more hospitals, they said it might be hard to improve it as much as I want..? So I can’t really gauge it. At two other hospitals, they said I don’t need alar reduction, but Director Lee Kang-woo consulted with me as if, since I want a slightly slimmer-looking nose, he could definitely match the look I want. The surgery options aren’t hugely different, but Director Lee Kang-woo said we should adjust it by doing alar reduction (alar lift??).
