Has anyone done it like this? I am scared of sedation, and if local anesthesia is bearable, would they do it? I am curious whether doctors have had patients do it this way. Would I be traumatized? I have had an upper endoscopy without anesthesia before, though of course I could do it once but maybe not twiceㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
