They tied it with dissolvable thread, and from underneath there’s no pinched shape and the nostrils are round. But the skin above the nostrils is shadowed. And from the front, the nostrils look slightly pinched in an M shape. So they look triangular. My original nose was just rounded like a normal nose. If I simply undo the cartilage tying, will it go back to how it was?
