1 In February 2023, I had my first surgery at a certain clinic near Sinsa Station, with silicone inserted and my nasal tip made using septal cartilage. I was fairly satisfied with the shape and had been doing fine for over a year, but starting this spring I noticed some kind of mark. I didn’t think much of it, but recently during the daytime someone asked what the round thing on my nose was, so I looked in the mirror and it was so clearly visible that I went straight to the clinic 2 According to the doctor, the septal cartilage was showing through, and if they shaved it down a bit it would disappear right away, so I scheduled revision surgery. During the consultation, I asked whether it could possibly be a skin issue, but they said it was just a cartilage show-through problem 3…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
