Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

How is revision surgery at Knit Plastic Surgery? Please help me think it through ㅠㅠㅠ

I’m currently going around for consultations for revision rhinoplasty, and there they said my columella is set far inward, the silicone implant is longer than my nasal length + my nasal tip has drooped a lot. So they recommended advancing the columella to correct the nasolabial angle, replacing the silicone, and using donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. They said the reason my midface looks long is because of the drooped nasal tip and columellar retraction, and since my chin and forehead proportions are just right, if I only operate on the nose like that, it will go back to its original size and length and become prettier. Those words are really tempting me..... I did go to places that are mentioned a lot in this community and are famous, but they didn’t explain things this thoroughly. I’m still looking through reviews, and it seems like they’re really good at making the columella. I like that it’s a private clinic, and the director also seems really good in every way, but there isn’t a huge amount of information on communities ... Is it because he opened his own clinic? Ah, I’m so torn. I think he used to be the director at Just before. Has anyone here had surgery with Director Guk Kyung-hoon, whether recently or in the past?
