Autologous rib cartilage feels a bit burdensome for me, so honestly, using donated rib cartilage seems right..
But whether or not to reuse ear cartilage at the nasal tip.. I’m really torn....
The silicone won’t be placed very high, 3~3.5 is what I heard would be put in, so I do wonder if ear cartilage is really necessary ㅜㅜ The price difference is...
