What material did you all use for revision rhinoplasty? It seems like a lot of people prefer autologous rib cartilage. Is there a reason? I’m wondering whether I should go for a natural-but-defined look or a more dramatic look, and what I should do considering it might droop later.. I’m looking at reviews of places that are good at nose surgery and narrowing them down for now. Private, TS, and Naturalism seem okay, but I want to look into more places, so where did you all get surgery?ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
