Has anyone fixed postnasal drip symptoms by having removal, or just reconstruction, or otherwise functional nose surgery at an ENT clinic? I have had consultations at a few ENT clinics before, and they said it in a way that meant it would not be easy to improve. Postnasal drip is really uncomfortable, and it also seems like it may be related to rhinitis. Anyway, I really want it to be treated, so I am thinking of finding hospitals that can treat it and getting consultations at about 8 or 9 places

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
