I had nose surgery 15 years ago and had silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage used. For the past few years, I’ve felt like my nose looks more upturned than before, so I visited the three major places and Sㅇ and Cㅁ. I’m really torn about where to choose. Please give me some advice ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m begging you. 1 Sㅇ was the place I trusted the most online, and the doctor seemed reliable too, and everything including the location was good, but they said they only do complete removal. They don’t do cartilage repositioning. Honestly, my upturned nose is such a huge complex for me, so if it doesn’t improve even after removal, I think it would be really hard on me emotionally. The doctor said the before-and-after photos were different…
