I’m preparing for my wedding next year, so I’m urgently looking into nose implant removal. For my first surgery, I had correction of a deviated septum, septal cartilage at the nasal tip, and 2 mm silicone on the nasal bridge. Now my nasal tip has completely drooped, so it looks like Squidward’s nose lol. I want to remove the silicone, and I was planning to decide what to do with the nasal tip after consultations.
