I had silicone in the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. I am trying to remove the silicone because of the foreign-body sensation. So I do not have inflammation or contracture; I just want to remove the silicone and slightly readjust only the nasal tip. I am curious what the aesthetic sense at SY is like. And if there are any clinics you recommend, please let me know.
