Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Has anyone had revision surgery for a crooked nose with a closed approach..? Plz help me, everyone…

Hi everyone, I’m someone who had nose surgery a little over 4 months ago. I’m going to the hospital for a follow-up at 6 months, and before, the hospital said that because my nose was originally crooked, there was a high chance the silicone would follow and become crooked too. So they said they had fixed it as much as possible, but if it still followed the crooked direction, after 6 months they could make a pocket on the side it needs to be pulled toward without cutting through an open approach, pull it over, and correct only the silicone, and that it would be much better. For reference, I really like things like my nose shape and height, and since I have a revision history, I really don’t want to open it again if possible. Sure enough, the silicone has settled a bit to the left of the center axis, so I think I’ll have surgery during summer vacation. Has anyone had a case like mine..? I don’t think there are any reviews of surgery correcting only the silicone position without opening, so I’m askingㅠㅠ It’s a normal surgery, right?
