I’m thinking of going to ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅅㅇ. I had my nasal tip raised with septal extension and silicone inserted, but I’m stressed because it looks upturned now, so I want to lower it by removing everything. When I go to the clinic, should I say that I’m currently checking out clinics in person? If they ask me to put down a deposit, can I just say I’ll think about it a bit more? From the reviews, I’m more drawn to ㅅㅇ, so I want to have the surgery as soon as possible if I can.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
